:: Australian Company Advances Heap Leach Projects

Fox Resources Ltd has signed a Heads of Agreement with BioHeap Ltd. This agreement establishes the basis for cooperation and technical exchange between the companies as Fox advances the development of its heap leach projects.

Under the agreement, BioHeap Ltd has agreed to license the BioHeap proprietary bacterial leaching process. The license permits the use of BioHeap Ltd's patented bacteria to Fox's Heap Leach projects. This license will enable Fox to utilise the BioHeap process to further unlock the value of its Radio Hill, Sholl and Whundo projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The BioHeap Ltd technical team will work closely with Fox in the design, construction and commissioning of the heap leach operations and associated processing plant to ensure that the projects are brought into production on time. BioHeap Ltd will then support the operating heaps on an as required basis.

All the data generated by BioHeap Ltd, during its $13.6 million, four year successful pilot plant heap leach field trials on the Sholl ore at Radio Hill, will be made available to Fox. As further BioHeap technology improvements become available, BioHeap Ltd will also make these available to Fox under the license agreement.

Fox will continue to produce nickel and copper concentrates from its operating Radio Hill mine. Fox currently envisages the heap leach projects using the BioheapTM technology will be developed in three stages.
