What is MEI Online?
MEI Online is a service of Minerals Engineering International, and is intended to provide a source of information to the worldwide mineral processing and extractive metallurgy community. Access to all of the information on the pages of MEI Online is free.

Can I see the latest MEI Online Update?
Yes, just click here.

Are the newsletters free?
Yes.

How do I subscribe to the newsletters?
Simply type your email address into the form provided on the home page and click on the subscribe button. You will then recieve an email from the listserver, Topica, asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you have replied to this email you will start to receive MEI Online Update once a fortnight and/or MEI Online Job Vacancies once a week.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletters?
Unsubscribing is simple, every email you receive will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of it. Click on this link and you will be taken to the Topica web site and asked to confirm your unsubscription.

Why am I receiving more than one of each newsletter?
Either you have subscribed using more than one email address, for instance, a work address plus a home address, or your company has an email address which circulates to all it's employees, such as info@ or sales@. Simply unsubscribe one of your addresses.

How do I change the email address I'm subscribed under?
You will need to click on the 'Update my Profile' link at the bottom of an email.

Will signing up for the newsletters lead to me receiving junk mail (spam)?
No. We do not pass on your email address to any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

What sort of information is sent out in MEI Online Update?
The newsletter is made up of a series of links to all the new information added to the MEI Online site since the last Update was sent out. Click here for an example.

Will you sell my email address to advertisers?
No. We promise never to pass on your address for money.

Is MEI Online the official web site for the Minerals Engineering journal?
No. You can find the official site at www.elsevier.com/locate/mineng.

Do you have information on submitting a paper to the Minerals Engineering journal?
Information for contributors to Minerals Engineering can be found on the official journal site. Papers must be submitted online to www.ees.elsevier.com/mine.

Advertising and Promotion
Where can I get information about advertising on MEI Online?
MEI Online offers a wide range of flexible advertising opportunities. Check this page for info.

How do I add my press release to MEI Online?
Simply email it to amanda@min-eng.com and I will let you know when, or if, it has been added.

Can I use your mailing list to advertise my conference or product?
Yes. Find details of how to here.

How do I add my conference to your calendar of events?

Please post your request on the MEI Online Discussion Board at www.meionline.proboards2.com/. We will see it on there and reply if we can help, as will anyone else who reads the board.
