CSG Talent are working closely with an major Australian focused base metals Mining company who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Metallurgist to work as part of their leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is career driven and wants to grow and progress in a well-established mining company in central NSW. This role is offered on a residential 5/2 roster in an attractive and family friendly part of the state.

This is a senior leadership position within the business and will be reporting directly to the Metallurgy Superintendent. The role is responsible for the supervision and coaching of Junior metallurgists, managing the onsite metallurgical lab as well as assisting the Metallurgy superintendent with the day to day operations.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior level role working with base metals. You will need to have a degree in Extractive Metallurgy or similar and extensive experience in flotation working with different base metals.
