Process Engineer  [November 6, 2017]

Location: Spain

Our client, a well-regarded and highly reputable base metals mining operator has engaged Lincoln Strategic Inc. to search and identity a Process Engineer for their mine in Western Europe.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Participate in the process engineering of the flotation plant.
  • Follow up all the mineralogical studies of the flotation plant, oriented to optimize the performance of the circuits.
  • Support the Business Improvement projects of the flotation plant related to new circuit modeling and process optimization.
  • Support the implementation of procedures and methods for continuous improvement. Flotation water quality control.
  • Participation in data acquisition and control processes for subsequent statistical analysis. Establish correlations to maintain and improve processes.
  • Perform the statistical analysis of the results obtained in the internal laboratory tests Metallurgical
  • Preparation of the monthly production plans. Participate in updating recovery / quality models for production planning purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Control of shipments, balances of internal stocks of concentrates and follow-up of the expeditions.
