You will be part of our Climate Technology Solutions organisation and will work across all technology and business areas within the Baker Hughes organisation. We evaluate new technology and applications within the metals sector, we create business growth and develop new commercial and partnership models to meet evolving customer needs.

Be part of the process from inception to solution

As the Global Technical and Commercial Development Leader you will develop and define relationships at all levels across all the product companies within Baker Hughes to decipher where solutions, products and technologies can be applied to the metals sector. You will be shaping solutions and messaging, products and technologies, strategies and sales plans that win profitable business within the Metals Industry across the entire Baker Hughes enterprise. Innovating continuous improvement in sales and building best practices. Setting the short, medium and long-term strategic direction for Baker Hughes across the global metals sector.
