Pyrometallurgy Specialist  [October 3, 2022]

Location: St Austell, Cornwall, UK

British Lithium are looking for a Pyrometallurgy Specialist, with extensive experience in high-temperature heat treatment of minerals, to join the process development team at our industry leading pilot plant in Cornwall.

You will act as technical expert for the pelletising, roasting, calcining and leaching processes, leading the development of the core process technologies required to bring our lithium project to full scale production. Responsibilities include developing operating parameters, equipment specification and selection, and executing test programmes at laboratory and pilot scale to validate process design criteria. The role is full-time and will be based at our pilot plant near St Austell.
