Chief Metallurgist  [January 12, 2023]

Location: Likely, BC, Canada

The Chief Metallurgist will interact with supervisors and operators to foster technology and process improvements to increase production and operational efficiencies of the Mine’s copper-gold mill, including the 30,000 tpd crushing plant and the 20,000 tpd concentrator.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, able to conduct laboratory or plant testing in support of group objectives. The incumbent must be able to research and analyze complex information and draw valid conclusions; generate daily production reports; develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards, act as a replacement for operating supervisors as required; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a highly productive environment.
