This, the 2^nd International Flotation Symposium, Flotation '03, was held in Helsinki, Finland from 19-21 March 2003 in collaboration with Helsinki University of Technology and the Ian Wark Research Institute, and sponsored by "Limn: The Flowsheet Processor" developed by David Wiseman Pty Ltd, Outokumpu Technology, Minerals Processing, Metso Minerals, and the Minerals Gazette, published by Australia's Resource Information Unit.
